New Payment Options
We are pleased to announce that the Village can now offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their utility bills online. It is at https://newknoxville.ohiobillpay.com.
At the top of your bill, you will find your 4-digit pin. You will need this along with your account number to log in. Please call the utility office at 419-753-2160 if you have any questions about this new service.
Update 8/15/25: There is now also the option of using a card in office to pay your bill.
To apply for Village utilities, please complete utility application form and bring it into our office along with your photo ID, and deposit if applicable. Deposits are payable by check, cash or money order only. Our office does not take credit card payments for deposits or utility bills. Office hours are Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm.

Post Office
Most service addresses in town have a post office box. You can call or stop in for more information. (419) 753-2890
Please call 811 BEFORE you dig. This allows all utilities to be marked and prevents damage to your utilities!
